Terms and Conditions for Road Side Assistance Services provided
- Arrangement Supply of fuel: In the event of the vehicle being immobilized due to emptying of fuel tank, the Company would arrange for supply of up to two and a half Gallons of fuel for light duty cars and five Gallons of fuel for medium and heavy truck or bus, at the location of the breakdown. Provided always that all labor costs and conveyance costs would be borne by the Company and all expenses on fuel would be borne by the customer. We do not sale any kind of fuel, the service only include the delivery of the fuel.
- Arrangement of Lock out: the Company would provide the service of unlocking or lockout the vehicle with the help of vehicle technicians at the location of the vehicle. Provided always that all labour and conveyance costs would be borne by the Company and the customer would be required to submit an identity proof to prove his ownership of the vehicle, before availing such service.
- Battery jump start : In the event of the vehicle being immobilized due to a run down battery, the Company would arrange for a vehicle technician to jump start the vehicle with appropriate means. Provided always that any cost of charging of battery, towards battery jump start assistance, would be borne by the Company. Our compromise is provide to the car enough voltage ( more of 12 Volts ) to start the engine. We are not liable if the starter fails, alternator or generator of power with fail or any different problem that could come.
- Flat Tire : In the event of the vehicle being immobilized due to a flat tire we as company by organizing for a vehicle technician to replace the flat tire with the spare tire of the vehicle at the location of breakdown. The customer must provide a spare tire in good condition and a wheel lock nut if the car has one of this.
- Face Time Mechanic: At the event that a customer require contact one of our mechanics, he understand that the mechanic is not doing any kind of repairing on the vehicle. The service to contact a professional mechanic only is to advice about an specific problem as guide to solve or better form to take any decision about the car to avoid more damages or simple to do specific actions to back on the road. The customer accept that he or she is the only people liable for any act or action adopted and release the professional mechanic for all the actions take it previous, during or after the video or voice call with.

The Company would not be liable for:
- Providing the above mentioned services under conditions of earthquake, war, invasion, rebellion, revolt, riot, civil commotion, civil war, exceptional adverse weather conditions, acts of terrorism, nuclear fission, strike, act(s) of government(s)/government agencies/judicial/quasi-judicial authorities.
- Any loss/damage caused to the vehicle when it is being used/driven against the recommendations of the owner’s/manufacturer’s manual.
- Any claims where services have been availed of without the prior consent of the Company.
